Terms and conditions of the competition

Only workers who are personally contacted by SOKA-BAU are eligible to participate. Only one entry will be accepted per worker. An entry through competition clubs or other commercial service providers is not permitted. The entitlement to the prize is non-transferrable. The prize cannot be paid out in cash. The winner will be determined in a prize draw and then informed by telephone or email. If the winner does not get in touch with SOKA-BAU within three months after they have been informed that they won the competition or if the winner cannot be determined within three months, the winner’s entitlement to the prize shall lapse. Recourse to the courts is not possible.

To enter the competition, please provide your participant data correctly and in full. Incorrect and/or missing data may lead to you being eliminated from the competition.
